Week 1–2
Clarity & direction

Team formation
Co-founders pair on the strength of complementary evidence. Equity splits are drafted with the studio's legal counsel, vesting from day one.

Build and charge
Fortnightly releases to real users. The rule is simple: you may not present a metric that does not involve money changing hands.
Gate: first £1,000 of revenueMonth 8–10
Company build
Incorporate, open the bank account, set up payroll and governance. Your first hire is interviewed by a panel that includes two studio partners.
Gate: diligence-ready cap tableMonth 11–12
Raise
Six weeks of live investor process, ending at Demo Board in front of forty funds and angels who have backed studio ventures before.
Gate: term sheet or a written decision not to raise

The programme is led by Dipesh Savani founder of venture school and an entrepreneur and venture builder who believes that continuous learning and building is thecornerstone of entrepreneurial success.
An entrepreneur, business leader, and seasoned management consultant with over 20 years of experience working with C-suite leaders at global FTSE 500 organisations. Formerly a Digital Leader at McKinsey & Company, he has led large-scale venture building and digital transformation initiatives worldwide. He was a founding member of S60 Venture and has served as Chief of Venture at SAIB, with a proven track record of building ventures, neobanks, and innovative products across multiple industries and institutions.
